2. GENERAL INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING

We take the protection of personal data seriously. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, respond to enquiries, or comply with contractual and legal obligations.

Processing is carried out in particular on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where it is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract, and on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where we have a legitimate interest in the secure, reliable and user-friendly operation of our website.

3. HOSTING WITH FRAMER

This website is created and hosted using the website service Framer.

The provider is:

Framer B.V.
Rozengracht 207B
1016 LZ Amsterdam
The Netherlands

When you access our website, technically necessary data is processed in order to provide the website and ensure its security and stability. This may include, in particular, your IP address as well as technical information about your device, browser and connection.

Framer processes personal data on our behalf as part of the operation of this website. This processing is governed by a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, reliable and efficient provision of our website.

Framer may use additional subprocessors to provide its services. This may involve the processing of personal data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. According to Framer, where personal data is transferred to third countries, such transfers are carried out in accordance with the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of adequacy decisions by the European Commission or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Personal data is processed only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purposes or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply.

4. FRAMER ANALYTICS

We use Framer’s integrated analytics feature, »Framer Analytics«, to statistically evaluate the use of our website and to improve our services.

According to Framer, Framer Analytics does not use cookies and does not create persistent user identifiers.

To determine unique daily website visits, the IP address and user agent of the browser used are combined with a value that changes daily and are then hashed. This value is reset every day. This is intended to prevent individual users from being recognised across multiple days or individual user profiles from being created.

Framer states that Framer Analytics does not store information that can be used to personally identify individual website visitors.

The statistical analysis is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to understand how our website is used and to improve our services and the user experience.

As Framer Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers for analytics purposes, no consent via a cookie banner is required for this purpose under the website’s current technical configuration.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We currently do not use cookies or comparable tracking technologies requiring consent for advertising or marketing purposes on this website.

In particular, we currently do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or comparable marketing and tracking services.

Should we use services in the future that require consent pursuant to Section 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and/or Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, these services will only be activated after the appropriate consent has been obtained, and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. CONTACTING US

This may include, in particular:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Content of your enquiry

  • Where applicable, information relating to a reservation or order

Where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For other enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in appropriately handling and responding to enquiries.

The data will be deleted once it is no longer required to process the respective enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require further storage.

7. EXTERNAL LINKS

Our website contains links to external services, in particular services such as Google Maps, Wolt and, where applicable, our social media profiles.

These are standard external links and not content embedded directly into our website. A connection to the respective external provider is generally only established when you click the relevant link.

From that point onwards, the privacy policies of the respective external provider apply. We have no control over the processing of data carried out by these third-party providers.

8. DATA RETENTION

Unless a specific retention period is stated in this Privacy Policy, we store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose.

Data may also be retained where we are required to do so due to statutory retention or documentation obligations, or where retention is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
